Bobby Retz Managing Director/Owner	In 1999 Bobby launched Destination & Conference Services, Inc. his own Destination Meeting Management Company. Prior to starting his own company Bobby worked for The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa beginning in January 1986. He has extensive resort Operation Management experience in addition to leading The Westin La Paloma Resorts Destination Services team for several years. Born in upstate New York, Bobby, has spent the last thirty years living in the Tucson area and is an expert on all Tucson has to offer.
Heather Duva Director of Operations	A member of the Destination and Conference Services team since July 2003, Heather works with Bobby to ensure the success of each program. She directly oversees the implementation of theme events, activities, staffing, transportation, tours and all program details. She works closely with meeting planners, venders and resort staff to ensure everyone's expectations are surpassed. Heather was born and raised in the Phoenix area and has lived in Tucson for several years. Her background includes extensive knowledge and experience in the catering and restaurant industry.
Heidi Bennett HR Director/Office Manager	Heidi has been with Destination & Conference Services, Inc. since its launch in 1999 and prior to that was a part of The Westin La Paloma Resorts Destination Services department having started employment with La Paloma in 1993. She has lived in Tucson for twenty one years and has her Associate Degree in Hospitality Management. Heidi has worked in the service industry for over thirty years. Along with her Human Resources and Office Manager responsibilities she assists on both the sales and operations side of the company.
